Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold press from two local varieties: Manzanilla de Zahara y Lechín. We harvest the olives from October to February. We transport them very quickly to the oil mill so that we obtain our fresh and aromatic juice. We leave in Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. Our olive groves are traditional and from mountains in dry conditions.
